Dr. Dish Shooting Sessions
WHAT IS A DR. DISH?
A high-tech shooting machine that fires the ball back to your spot the instant your shot falls, and tracks every make and miss by zone. More quality reps in 30 minutes than an hour of chasing rebounds.

Hundreds of Quality Reps: Players get in the time it usually takes to get a few dozen.
Shot Tracking: Onboard stats show makes, attempts, and shooting percentage by zone, so he can see exactly where his shot is falling and where it needs work.
Expert Coaching: Coaches are on the floor throughout the night for real feedback on footwork, hand placement, balance, and follow-through.
Limited Spots: Each time slot is capped so players get individual attention.

Parents: Please Plan to Stay and Help Rebound
-This one matters, so please read it. If you drop your player off, we need you to stay in the gym and help rebound. The Dr. Dish returns most shots on its own, but it cannot chase down every miss, and the balls that get away are what slow a session down.
-Last year a small group of volunteers covered all of that rebounding, and it was a real strain on the few people onsite. When a parent from each group grabs the loose balls, every player gets more shots up in his 30 minutes. It is the single easiest thing you can do to make the night better for your kid and everyone else's.
-You do not need to coach, and you do not need any basketball background. Just be in the gym and help keep the balls moving.
-Setup and Takedown Is Covered
-Board members handle setting up and tearing down the shooting machines each night. That part is taken care of, so all we are asking parents for is rebounding help during the session.
